Season Overview

We invite qualified class members to join our year-long competitive gymnastics program each spring. The season begins in July.

Off Season: July–October

Advanced skill work and the development of physical power.

Pre Season: November–March

Learning and practicing of routines on vault, bars, beam and floor.

Competitive Season: April–June

Five competitions followed by a state tournament.

Practice Schedule

Required Practices: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Cheyenne Mountain

5:30 – 7:30 (4 hours)

Optional Tumbling Class: Mondays

Lincoln Center

5:00 – 6:30 (Additional 1.5 hours)

Fees

Registration

Annual membership for eligibility in any Flipshack program is $35 for an individual or $50 for a family. Team athletes must hold a current USA Gymnastics member card. The USAG fee is estimated to be $69. 

Tuition 

Tuesday and Thursday Practices $199 Monthly   
Optional Monday Tumbling Class $45 Monthly  

Uniform

Competition leotards are ordered in January. Expect to pay about $100.

Competitions

Hosting gyms charge an entry fee for competitors. Regular-season meets usually cost $80-$95, and are due prior to each event. The state meet can cost the same, and is due after qualification and upon commitment to compete. It is not required to attend all meets in our schedule. Hosting gyms generally charge $7 per spectator.

Choreography

Advanced-level athletes may require up to three private lessons for the purpose of learning individual floor routines ($30 each).
