Agility X enhances body control and spacial awareness in the athletic adult and older teen using a curriculum based in gymnastics, parkour and general fitness. Members progress from basic to advanced techniques in handstands, rolling, flipping, vaulting, swinging, balancing, falling and more. The body mechanics you learn here will transfer to all other physical endeavors.
Class communities are supportive, and lessons are scaled to the abilities of each individual.
