Assist an Instructor!

A remarkable future unfolds when young people become motivated to help others succeed.

Members ages 6 & up are eligible to serve as Jr Coaches. If an instructor awards you with the opportunity (out of skill accomplishment, character merit or understanding of body mechanics), you’ll receive a card that allows you to sign up and assist a class of younger-aged participants. The Jr Coach program is filled with collectable buttons and fun prizes along your journey to becoming a FIT-Certified Jr Coach (FIT stands for Flipshack Instructor Training) and a potential staff member!
